Whether the inspiration starts with an heirloom piece, a photograph or an idea, your journey with Stephens & Miller begins with a one-on-one consultation with one of our jewellery specialists to best understand your needs. Our in-house gemmologists will then dedicate time to select the right gemstone for your creation and invite you to make a selection at a viewing.

At the next stage, we aim to complete the design by working on the details and developing some concept drawings. As with all steps in the process, we will provide the best advice and share our experiences so that you will have a long-lasting and treasure piece.

Once the final design is approved, we will then start crafting your one-off piece. Behind the scene, we continue to provide a close attention to detail and care to exceed our clients’ satisfaction and create a piece that is will impress and be cherished for a lifetime, and beyond.
